Thai Massage
Thai massage, also known as Nuad Thai or Thai yoga massage, is a traditional therapy that combines acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures. Originating in Thailand over 2,500 years ago, it involves the practitioner using their hands, elbows, knees, and feet to apply pressure and guide the recipient through various stretches. This method focuses on enhancing flexibility, relieving muscle tension, and promoting the flow of energy along the body’s ten major energy lines, known as “Sen” lines. Thai massage is performed on a mat on the floor and is known for its dynamic and interactive approach, providing both relaxation and revitalization.
